Laureen KRAFTCHIK has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007. She began her legal career with the GUTKES AVOCAT law firm and joined the TEMIME ET ASSOCIES law firm in 2011.

 She joined DE CASTRO & STASSE from its creation and became partner since 1st January 2017.

Laureen KRAFTCHIK acts principally in cases involving general criminal law, and criminal law in the fields of business , health and labour. She has also gained expertise in international criminal law (International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda).

She also acts on a regular basis in cases of indemnity claims for personal injury.

Laureen KRAFTCHIK also acts for LICRA (The International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism) and is a member of their “Réflexion” legal sub-committee.

• One-year degree before postgraduate studies (DEA) in Criminal Law, University of Lille (Lille II), 2005.
• Certificate in Criminal Science, Paris Institute of Criminology, 2005.
• MA in Law specialising in Legal Professions and Criminal Science, University of Paris (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), 2004.
